Attorney Bert Moore of Crestview, FL; ethical gremlin

The state of Florida provided Bert Edward Moore with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from Nova Southeastern University School of Law.

FYI: Nova Southeastern is ranked as the 170^th best law school in the country out of 202 ABA accredited schools.

The Florida State Bar found Bert guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to decline/terminate representation when required to do so
• Failed to comply with order of a tribunal (Screw you, said Bert!)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to expedite client litigation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme punished Bert by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2021), Bert practices his brand of law with Bert Moore PLC in Crestview, Florida.
