Attorney Julian Hall of Durham, NC; dimwitted slacker

The state of North Carolina presented Julian Michael Hall with a law license in 2011 after he graduated from the Campbell University School of Law.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Julian guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to provide competent representation (dimwit)
• While representing a client who was acting as a confidential informant, Julian cued the client to stop talking to law enforcement authorities about his other clients or acquaintances by standing up and leaving the debriefing
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed adequately explain or obtain informed consent for the conflict of interest inherent in the situation
• Failed to explain a matter to the extent necessary to permit his client to make informed decisions regarding the representation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Julian by gifting him with a complimentary censure. 

And lastly,as one would suspect, Julian fails to disclose the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.jmhlawpllc.com. Apparently, he decided to conceal said relevant facts from prospective clients to prevent limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. May 2021), Julian practices his brand of law with the Law Office of Julian M. Hall PLLC at 817 North Mangum Street in Durham, North Carolina.
