The Judiciary Commission of Lousiana found Randy guilty of the following misconduct, all of which took place while he was sitting as a District Court judge.

  • Harmed the respect and dignity of judiciary
  • Acted without legal authority in dismissing cases
  • Engaged in willful misconduct

  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Failed to initially accept responsibility for his misconuct
  • Failed to perform duties w/o prejudice or bias

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Randy by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension from the bench without pay.
