Attorney Thomas R. Carnes of St. Louis; ethical elf

The state of Missouri presented Thomas Richard Carnes with a law license in 1993.

In 2011 Disciplinary Counsel found Thomas guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to keep client reasonably informed about status of legal matter
  2. Failed to promptly comply with client request for information
  3. Failed to act with reasonable diligence and promptness on client’s behalf (slacker)
  4. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  5. Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty and/or misrepresentation
  6. Failed to take steps to prevent client being harmed after his termination
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Missouri Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary one-year term of probation. In truth, Tommy didn’t receive any actual punishment.

As we speak (ca. May 2012) Tom practices law at 5201 Hampton Avenue in St. Louis, Missouri.

If you live in the St. Louis area and you looking for an attorney that will provide worthless services at high prices then Tommy’s your guy.
