The state of New York presented William Saro Papazian with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law.

FYI: McGeorge is ranked as the 165th best law school in the country out of 202 ABA accredited schools.

The Appellate Division, First Department Grievance Committee found Billy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to reply to client phone calls
• Failed to communicate with his clients about their immigration cases
• Failed to perform work on some of his clients’ cases
• Failed to supervise his legal assistant
• Returned unearned fees to his client only after each client filed an ethics complaint against him

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the First Department Grievance Committee punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. May 2021), Billy practices his brand of law with Lightstone Solutions LLC at 2141 East Highland Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona.
