Attorney Josue Hernandez of Kansas City, MO; ethical troll

The state of Missouri presented Josue David Hernandez with a law license in 2008 after he graduated from the University of Kansas School of Law. Josue also received a license to practice law in New York in 2008 and Colorado in 2012.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Josue guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Knowingly disobeyed an obligation under the rules of a tribunal (Up yours, said Josue!)
• Failed in his duties to opposing party and counsel
• Failed in his ethical obligation to follow court rules

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Josue by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and assessed disciplinary costs of $750.

As we speak (ca. July 2021), Josue practices his brand of law with The Law Offices of Dougherty & Holloway LLC at 7200 N.W. 86^th Street in Kansas City, Missouri.
