Attorney Michael Spiegel of Blue Springs, MO; ethical gremlin

The state of Missouri presented Michael M. Spiegel with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from St. Louis University School of Law. Mikey also received a license to practice law in Kansas 2002.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Mikey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in sexual relationship with a client
• Engaged in conduct that is prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Efrain by gifting him with a complimentary 12-month suspension of his law license and assessed disciplinary costs of $1,000.

As we speak (ca. July 2021), Mikey practices his brand of law with Spiegel Law LLC at 1600 Coronado Drive in Blue Springs, Missouri.
