Attorney Esmeralda Fleming of Cleveland, OH; ethical troll

The state of Ohio presented Robert Esmeralda Fleming with a law license in 1996 after she graduated from Suffolk University School of Law.

The Cleveland Metropolitan Bar found Esmeralda guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Esmeralda!)
• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
• Failed to comply with client information requests
• Failed to complete work for client she was hired to perform
• Failed to take reasonable steps to protect client interest upon termination
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Esmeralda by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court.
