Attorney Robert Qucsai III of Trenton, OH; ethical gnome

The state of Ohio presented Robert James Qucsai III with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from the University of Cincinnati School of Law.

The Disciplinary Counsel found Bobby guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• For at least seven years, Bobby was employed part-time by the Butler County Public Defender’s Office.
• Failed to withdraw from numerous cases in the Butler County Juvenile Court
• Repeatedly failed to appear at scheduled court hearings on behalf of numerous clients
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Bobby!)

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Bobby by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court.
