The State of Washington presented Justin C. Osemene with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from Seattle University School of Law.
The Washington State Bar found Justin guilty of the following misconduct.

Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation

Engaged in deceptive practices in dealing with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Justin!)

Delayed in providing his complete file to his clients

Made settlement offers and counteroffers to opposing counsel when he had not been authorized to do by his clients

Lied to opposing counsel that he had spoken to his client and was authorized to make a counteroffer when he had not spoken with his client and had not obtained authority to make a counteroffer

Failed to perform monthly reconciliations of client trust accounts
As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Justin by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.
As we speak (ca. May 2021) Justin practices his brand of law with the Intellex Law Group PLLC at University Station in Seattle, Washington.
