Attorney Richard Guliani of Portland, CT; serial offender

The state of Connecticut presented Richard John Guliani with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from St. Louis University School of Law.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Dick guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Shawn!)
  • Violated or attempted to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisted, or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another

As one would suspect, this was not Georgie’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received three (3) complimentary reprimands for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2021), Dick practices his brand of law at 55 Copper Beech Lane in Portland, Connecticut.
