Attorney Danny Keating Jr. of New Orleans; charged with insurance fraud

The state of Louisiana provided Danny Patrick Keating Jr. with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from the New York School of Law.

Danny has been criminally charged as follows.

• Conspired to commit mail and wire fraud
• Engaged in a scheme to stage auto accident and defraud insurers

All the remains now is to see how long it takes before Danny cops a plea to reduce the amount of time he’ll have to spend in prison.
