Attorney Glenn Franklin III of Southfield, MI; ambulance chasing cheater

The state of Michigan presented Glenn Phillip Franklin III  with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from the Thomas M. Cooley School of Law.

FYI: Cooley is ranked as the worst or one of the worst law schools in the country out of 202 ABA accredited schools. Proof of such a ranking is the fact that Donald Trump’s former attorney and fixer was none other than convicted felon Michael Cohen.

• Glenn along with several other criminally inclined and ethically deprived attorneys were charged with a variety of felonies
• Indicted on felony wire fraud charges
• Charged with fraud and conspiracy to defraud the United States
• Schemed to illegally obtain police reports of auto accidents and solicit the crash victims for legal and medical services
• Between July 2014 and April 2018, Brent, Franklin, Individual A and others paid money to convicted felon, attorney Mathew Schwartz (more info on Swartz can be found by visiting the URL at end of this article) and two businessmen for them to share stolen police reports about Detroit car accidents with a pair of Florida men
• The Floridians worked phone solicitors for businesses that contacted Michigan accident victims to steer them to specific personal injury lawyers, chiropractors, and MRI centers
• Schemed with other criminally minded attorneys to solicit auto crash victims

All that remains now is to see what punishment if any is meted out to Glenn by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court.

Hopefully, the sentencing judge will order that Glenn be assigned to Cell No. 114 at Leavenworth where he’ll be bunked up with Clarice (real name Clarence). Clarice is rumored to be one of the friendliest guys in the joint.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Brent fails to disclose the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.paid4pain.com. Apparently, he decided to conceal said relevant facts from prospective clients to prevent limiting his future victim pool.
