Attorney Kulvinder Singh of Roseville, CA; ethical troll

The state of California presented Kulvinder Singh with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from Southwestern University School of Law.

FYI: Southwestern is ranked as the 167th best law school in the country out of 202 ABA accredited schools.

The State Bar Court found Kulvinder guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Conduct significantly harmed a client, the public or the administration of justice
• Entered into a settlement agreement and thereafter not withdrawing his motion to tax costs, arguing that the motion should proceed
• Misled trial court at the hearing on the motion to tax costs by claiming he had never seen the pages of the settlement agreement other than the page he signed
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
• Lied to the court by an artifice or false statement of fact
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Kulvinder by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 30-day suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the State Bar Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Kulvinder.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Kulvinder fails to disclose the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.singhlawoffice.com. Apparently, he decided to conceal said relevant facts from prospective clients to prevent limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. August 2021), Kulvinder practices his brand of law at 12 Castaic Court in Roseville, California which is a suburb of Sacramento.
