Judge Mark Repp of Tiffin, OH; ethical troll

The state of Ohio presented Mark Edward Repp with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from DePaul University School of Law.

The Disciplinary Counsel found Judge Repp guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to act in manner promoting public confidence in the judiciary
• Failed to be patient, dignified, and courteous to litigants who unfortunately had to appear before him
• Failed to avoid impropriety and the appearance of impropriety
• Failed to uphold and apply the law (scofflaw)
• Failed to perform his judicial duties fairly and impartially
• Improperly ordered a party to submit to a drug test
• Involved himself in cases wherein he lacked jurisdiction because the matter was pending with the Third District Court of Appeals at the time

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Judge Repp by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. December 2020), Mark practices his brand of justice as a Tiffin Municipal Court judge in Tiffin, Ohio.
