Attorney Tracey Newmark of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; ethical goblin

The state of Florida presented Tracy Belinda Newmark with a law license in 1990 after she graduated from Florida State University School of Law.

The Florida State Bar found Tracey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Made numerous derogatory remarks on Facebook about opposing counsel and in a client review on AVVO.com
• Failed to properly communicate with client in tenant eviction matter
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Tracey by gifting her with a complimentary 6-month suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2021), Tracey practices with Kelley Kronenberg at 10360 West State Road in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
