Attorney Giancarlo Ricard of St. Johns, FL; dimwitted slacker

The state of Florida presented Giancarlo Ricard with a law license in 2016 after he graduated from Barry University School of Law.

The Florida State Bar found Giancarlo guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (dimwit)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with his clints

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Giancarlo by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand and was assessed disciplinary costs of $1,479.39.
