Attorney Paul Silverberg of Orlando, FL; lying loser

The state of Florida presented Paul K. Silverberg with a law license in 2016 after he graduated from Barry University School of Law.

The Florida State Bar found Paulie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Knowingly made false statement of material fact or law to a third person
• Failed to assure non-lawyer employee’s conduct compatible with rules of professional conduct
• Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisted, or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Paulie by gifting her with a complimentary 91-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. December 2020), Paulie practices with BFLC at 424 East Central Blvd in Orlando, Florida.
