Attorney James Wiliford Jr. of Rockville, MD; moronic slacker

The state of Maryland presented James E. Wiliford Jr. with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law. Jimmy also received a law license from DC in 1980 and Virginia in 1976.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Jimmy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Incompetence led to client having judgment entered against him personally

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.  

As we speak (ca. January 2021, Jimmy practices with the Law Offices of James S. Wiliford Jr. at 451 Hungerford Drive in Rockville, Maryland.
