In late 2011 the State Bar of Calfiornia found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to competently perform legal services (moron)
  2. Failed to submit required schedules and documents in a bankruptcy petition for a client
  3. Failed to appear at status conference in Workers Compensation case
  4. Monetarily sanctioned for misconduct by a court
  5. Disobeyed court’s order that he pay monetary sanctions and costs in regards to his misconduct
As a consequence of his misconduct, the boosters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California Surpeme Court punished Barry by gifting him with a two-year term of probation. Put simply, Barry didn’t receive any actual punishment.
 
As we speak (ca. May 2012) Barry practices his so-called brand of law at 12400 Ventura Blvd. in Studio City.
