Attorney D. Brian Richmond of Fort Mitchell, KY; deadbeat loser

The state of Kentucky presented D. Brian Richmond with a law license in 2008 after he graduated from the University of Louisville Law School.

The Kentucky Bar Association found Brian guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to pay $310 annual bar dues

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kentucky Supreme Court the punished Rachell by gifting her with a complimentary 1-month suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2020), Brian practices at 21 Ashton Road in Fort Mitchell, Kentucky.
