Attorney John Hauser of Holly Springs, NC; lying cheapskate

The state of North Carolina presented John David Hauser with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from the University of North Carolina School of Law.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct

• Attempted to mislead the CLE (Continuing Legal Education) Board as to date he completed education to avoid paying mandatory late fees (cheapskate)
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
• Conduct had potential negative impact on legal profession and the public’s perception of the legal profession

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Johnny gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the North Carolina State Bar didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Johnny.
