Attorney William Saliba of Winter Park, FL; cheating slacker

The state of Florida presented William S. Saliba with a law license in 2015 after he graduated from Florida A&M University School of Law.

The Florida State Bar found Billy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to provide adequate communication concerning a legal matter
• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Charged a clearly excessive fee (cheater)
• Violated or attempted to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisted, or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2021), Billy practices his brand of law with The Robertson Firm at 5575 A1A South in Saint Augustine, Florida.
