Attorney John Chiarenza of Miami, FL; convicted felon

The state of Florida presented John Chiarenza with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from the Barry University School of Law.

The Florida State Bar found Johnny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Convicted by jury of aggravated assault by possession of a firearm
  • Sentenced to three years in prison

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license and assessed investigative costs of $2,601.09

As we speak (ca. October 2020), Johnny practices his brand of law in Miami, Florida.
