Judge Robert T. Russell, Jr. of Buffalo; arrogant loser

The state of New York presented Robert Thomas Russell, Jr. with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from Howard University Law School.

In November 1991, Robert succeeded in duping the voters in Buffalo into electing him as a judge on the Buffalo City Court.

During his tenure on the bench, the Judicial Commission found Robert guilty of the following misconduct.

Over a seven year period of time, Robert thumbed his nose at the law requiring that he file an annual financial disclosure statement with the Ethics Commission. He continued to so act despite receiving repeated warnings from the Commission for his failure to timely file the statements.

Making matters even worse is the fact that the comedians sitting on the Judicial Commission had previously sanctioned Bobby by gifting him with a cautionary letter; he continued to knowingly violate the disclosure laws.

As a consequence of his repeat misconduct, the patron saints for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Commission punished Robert by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. July 2012) Russell continues to sit as a judge on the Buffalo City Court. Elected 1992

As we speak (July 2012) Robert the Loser remains sitting as a judge on the Buffalo City Court.
