Attorney Barry Morrison of New Brunswick, CAN; ethical leprechaun

The Law Society of New Brunswick presented Barry R. Morrison with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from the University of Brunswick School of Law.

The New Brunswick Law Society Disciplinary Counsel found Barry guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Became involved in a personal and sexual relationship with his client, thereby causing a conflict of interest  
• Failed to observe the standard of conduct expected of him

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Counsel punished Barry by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and assessed disciplinary costs of $1,500.00.

As we speak (ca. September 2020) Barry practices at 190 Princess Royal Street in Saint Andrews, New Brunswick, Canada.
