Attorney Thomas Burke of New Brunswick, CAN; ethical gnome

The Law Society of New Brunswick presented Thomas J. Burke with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from the University of Brunswick School of Law.

The New Brunswick Law Society Disciplinary Counsel found Tommy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest for 15 months
• Knew for over a year that ABC Limited was suffering substantial financial losses but did not independently advise the shareholders of ABC of said information

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Counsel punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and a $2,000 fine.

As we speak (ca. September 2020) Tommy practices with The Burke Law Group at 150 Cliffe Street in Kichikusus, New Brunswick, Canada.
