Attorney Richard Schultz of Gastonia, NC; ethical gremlin
The state of North Carolina presented Richard B. Schultz with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from North Carolina Central University School of Law.
The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

Failed to promptly disburse earned fees to himself and retaining more charges or otherwise maintain the account

Failed to reconcile the balance of his trust account as shown in his records with the bank statement balance for the trust account each month

Failed to conduct the required monthly trust account reconciliations

Failed to reconcile the total of individual client balances with the bank statement balance at least quarterly

Failed to reconcile the balance from a general ledger for his trust account with the total of client balances and with the bank statement balance at least quarterly

Failed to conduct the required quarterly reconciliations

Failed to provide the reconciliation and supporting documents requested by the State Bar (Up yours, said Dick!)

Failed to produce in a random audit records required

Commingled client funds with personal funds

Failed to adequately or timely respond to a lawful demand for information from a disciplinary authority (Screw you, said Dick!)
As a direct consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (ca. January 2021), Dick practices at 212C West 2nd Avenue in Gastonia, North Carolina.
