Attorney Herbert Walker III of Miami Beach, FL; ethical troll

The state of Alabama presented Herbert Irving Walker III with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from Florida State University School of Law.

The Florida State Bar Association found Herbie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Created a conflict of interest by representing two clients in a criminal action where one was accessory after the fact to murder committed by the other
• Herbie accepted a substantial gift from one client, who was neither a relative nor a close personal friend and communicated with the other client he represented
• Improperly communicated with someone he knew to be represented by counsel

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Herbie by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license and imposed investigative costs of $2,645.60.

As we speak (ca. August 2020), Herbie practices with the Potts Legacy Law Group PA at 1141 SE 2nd Avenue in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
