Today’s “Screwball” Award Winner
Several months ago a group of morons sitting in the Florida legislature, passed a law requiring drug testing for state workers. Immediately after it was passed, Screwy Rick signed the bill thereby making it the law in Florida. Of course the legislators and Ricky exempted themselves from the same drug tests they cheerfully mandated for every other state worker.
Any first year law student could have concluded that the law wouldn’t pass constitutional muster because it clearly violated the 4th Amendment banning unreasonable searches and seizures.
 The good folks in Florida should demand that in lieu of a drug test that Rickey should be required to undergo an intelligence test. I would suggest that it be done rectall to assure the accuracy of the test.
Some moronic lawyers working for Screwy Rick contended that objecting workers were free to quit and future job applicants could choose to find employment elsewhere. Obviously, these lawyers missed their calling as standup comedians.
And lastly, if Ricky refuses to take the intelligence test, he could quite and apply for a job as a greeter at the local Sam’s Club in Tallahassee.
Congrats Rickey; keep up the good work! We should let everyone know of your amazing record as one of America’s most disrespected Screwballs; you are far too humble.
