Attorney Stephanie Davis of Raleigh, NC; cheerleader for peeping Tom attorney

The state of North Carolina presented Stephanie N. Davis with a law license in 2003 after she graduated from the University of Dayton School of Law.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Brook guilty of the following misconduct, all of which took place while he was employed as an Assistant District Attorney in Wilkes County and Yadkin County.

In one matter, Stephanie was the Chair of a Hearing Panel that presided over a disciplinary matter involving attorney Brook Webster of Yadkinville, North Carolina.

Webster was charged with and subsequently pled guilty to being a Peeping Tom. For additional information on Webster’s conduct, view the URL at the end of this article.

As the Chair of the disciplinary committee, Stephanie had the chutzpah to determine that the appropriate punishment for a Peeping Tom in North Carolina was a stayed 2-year suspension of his law license.

In the real world, someone of Webster’s ilk would have been fired, however, because he is an attorney he is held to a much lower standard of conduct.

As we speak (ca. August 2020), Stephanie practices her so-called brand of law with the Law Office of Stephanie N. Davis at 3901 Barrett Drive in Raleigh, North Carolina.
