Attorney John A. Cappellini, Jr. of Cuba, NY; deceiver, ethical elf The state of New York presented John A. Cappellini, Jr. with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from Western New England College of Law.
In late 2011 the New York Appellate Division, 4th Judicial District in Rochester found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct:
Johnny’s misconduct revolved around his representation of the buyer and seller of a piece of real estate. In order to effectuate the transfer of the property, Johnny found it acceptable to alter property records that had been executed three years earlier in 2008. How cool is that?
Because Attorney Misfits in New York are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Johnny was never criminally charged for forging official court records.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the die-in-the-wool supporters of Attorney Misfits sitting on the New York Appellate Division, 4th Judicial District punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
As we speak (ca. April 2012) John practices his brand of law at 1 East Main Street in Cuba, New York, which is about 70 miles south of Buffalo.
