Attorney Frank Totten of Columbia, MD; ethical dwarf

The state of Maryland provided Frank T. Totten with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Frankie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to safeguard funds in attorney trust account
• Failed to establish appropriate record-keeping systems which eventually caused his attorney trust account to be overdrawn

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Frankie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Frankie fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.marylandrealestatelaw.com. Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.
