Attorney Nnamdi Nwaneri of Lanham, MD; ethical leprechaun

The District of Columbia presented Nnamdi James Nwaneri with a law license in 2013 after he graduated from Howard University School of Law. Phil also received a license to practice in Maryland in 1983.

The DC Bar Counsel found Nnamdi guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Neglected legal matter entrusted to him
  • Neglect led to client loss of business
  • Engaged in a conflict of interest
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the DC Court of Appeal punished Nnamdi by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. July 2020), Nnamdi practices his brand of law at 7214 Kempton Road in Lanham, Maryland.
