The state of California presented Erika Vejar with a law license in 2008 after she graduated from Southwestern University School of Law.

FYI: Southwestern is ranked as the 167th best law school in the country out of 202 ABA accredited schools.

The State Bar Court found Erika guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to comply with court order
• Failed to provide competent representation (imbecile)

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Erika by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.
