The state of California presented Brian Stuart Stern with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from Golden Gate University School of Law.

FYI: Golden Gate is ranked as the 166th best law school in the country out of 202 ABA accredited schools.

The State Bar Court found Brian guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (imbecile)
• Failed to render appropriate account to clients

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Brian by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
