Attorney Ted Vandagriff of Sherwood, AR; cheater

In 2008 the Arkansas Supreme Court Committee on Professional Conduct found Ted guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Practicing law while license was suspended
  2. Unlawful use of trust accounts to pay personal expenses
  3. Bounced at least 5 checks
  4. Commingled client funds with his own personal funds
  5. On more than one occasion failed to pay mandatory annual bar fees
  6. Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, and dishonesty
As a consequence of his misconduct the Arkansas Supreme Court Committee on Professional Conduct punished Ted by gifting him with a complimentary 12 month suspension of his law license

As we speak (ca. April 2012) Barry practices law with the Jewell Law Firm, P.A. at 1401 West Capitol Avenue in Little Rock, Arkansas.
