Attorney Frederick Lowenberg of Philadelphia; thieving loser

The state of New Jersey presented Frederick Seth Lowenberg with a law license in 2009 after he graduated from Widener University School of Law. Mikey also received a license to practice in Pennsylvania in 1996.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Freddy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in gross neglect of client matter
  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Freddy!)
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Failed to refund unearned fee (thief)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Freddy by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.

As we speak (ca. July 2020), Freddy practices with the Philadelphia Defender’s Association at 1441 Sansom Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
