Attorney Ronald Schwartz of Teaneck, NJ; rubber check aficionado

The state of New Jersey presented Ronald Schwartz with a law license in 1971 after he graduated from Rutgers University School of Law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney found Ronnie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in failing to comply with recordkeeping requirements
  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Ronnie!)
  • Wrote check on insufficient funds account (rubber)

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Ronnie’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Ronnie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2021), Ronnie practices in Teaneck, New Jersey.
