Attorney Annette Oakley of Haddon Heights, NJ; slacker, loser

The state of New Jersey presented Annette Maria Oakley with a law license in 2003 after she graduated from Rutgers University School of Law. Annie also received a law license from Pennsylvania in 2003.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney found Annie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to communicate with client
• Engaged in illegal practice of law while license suspended

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Annie by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. February 2021), Annie practices in Haddon Heights, New Jersey.
