Attorney James O’Rourke Jr. of Gresham, OR; moron, repeater

The State of Oregon presented James F. O’Rourke Jr. with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from Gonzaga School of Law.

The Oregon State Bar found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Jimmy’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Matty by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As one would suspect, Jimmy fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website www.jforourke.com.  Apparently, Jimmy decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients so that it would not limit their future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. July 2020) Jimmy practices with James F. O’Rourke Jr. & Associates at 748 SE 181^st Avenue in Gresham, Oregon.
