Attorney M. Blake Perdue of Morristown, NJ; slacker, loser

The state of New Jersey presented M. Blake Perdue with a law license in 2014 after he graduated from Rutgers University School of Law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney found Blake guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to return file to client upon termination
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Blake!)
  • Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
  • Failed to explain a matter to client sufficiently to permit client to make informed decisions
  • Failed to protect client interests upon termination
  • Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Blake by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2021), Dean practices with the Perdue Law Group LLC in Morristown, New Jersey.
