► Judge John Fishel of Red Lion, PA; disgusting pervert

The Judicial Conduct Board of Pennsylvania has charged Johnny with engaging in the following misconduct.

• Made sexual comments to court staff
• Engaged in inappropriate physical contact with some staff members
• Sat on the lap of one female employee
• Participated in conversations with some of his staff about sex and the preference or non-preference for a “big ass” an
• Used vulgar and profane language in the presence of office staff
• He told his court staff that he rubbed his penis on the brim of a coffee mug
• Asked a court staff member if her weekend plans included engaging in sexual activity
• Engaged in a discussion with an attorney and constable regarding circumcision

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Johnny by the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Conduct Board.

And lastly, because Judicial Misfits in Pennsylvania are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Johnny was never criminally charged with sexual assault for engaging in inappropriate contact with staff members.

As we speak (ca. July 2020), Johnny the Perv continues to sit as a District Court judge in Red Lion, Pennsylvania.
