Judge Hal Greenwald of Poughkeepsie, NY; moronic loser

The State of New York provided Hal B. Greenwald with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from Pace University School of Law.

FYI: Pace University is ranked as the 158th best law school in the country out of 202 ABA accredited schools.

In one matter, Hal was assigned to preside over a case wherein Donald “Trumporleone” Trump’s brother Robert filed a lawsuit against Mary Trump, the daughter of Donald’s deceased brother Fred Trump Jr. to prevent the publication of a tell all book about the dysfunctional Trump regime.

To cement his status as a Moron (my sincerest apologies to Morons), Judge Greenwald had the chutzpah to enter an order granting a temporary restraining order against Mary Trump and her publisher to prevent the publication of her book “Too Much and Never Enough: How My Family Created the World’s Most Dangerous Man.”

It would appear that when Hal attended Pace University School of Law in the 1980s it did not offer a course in the First Amendment and a Freedom of the Press and/or the meaning of “prior restraint” as it relates to publication of a book.

In the case of Near v. Minnesota, 283 U.S. 697 (1931), the Supreme Court held prior restraints to be unconstitutional, except in extremely limited circumstances such as national security issues. Mary’s book has nothing to do with national security issues. It is merely telling the ugly truth about the Trump family and more importantly exposes the many faults of Donald Trump.

Mary Trump’s lawyer, Theodore J. Boutrous Jr., and her publisher, Simon & Schuster, have stated they would pursue an immediate appeal of Hal’s asinine ruling.

One can safely assume that The Great Leader will make sure that he prosecutes the case all the way to the United States Supreme Court, thereby assuring the book would not be published prior to the November 3, 2020 presidential election.

On the other hand, The Great Leader may end up losing quickly in the lower courts, which would likely result in the U.S. Supreme Court refusing to take up the matter.

As we speak (ca. July 2020), Hal the Moron continues to sit as a Duchess County State Supreme Court Judge in Poughkeepsie, New York.
