• Failed to carry out his client’s instructions

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal punished Canice by gifting him with a complimentary censure and fined in the amount of €5,000.

Additionally, Joe was ordered to pay the sum €11,308.50 as restitution to his client, without prejudice to any legal right of his client.
