Attorney Matthew Harley of Phoenix, AZ; thieving loser

The state of Illinois presented Robert Kent Gray with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from Northwestern University School of Law.

The Arizona State Bar found Matty guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Converted [stole] more than $6,000 of client funds
• Failed to properly train and supervise employees
• Failed to maintain complete client trust account records

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Matty by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
