Attorney Robert Gray of Springfield, IL; lying deadbeat

The state of Illinois presented Robert Kent Gray with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from Southern Illinois University School of Law.

The Illinois Registration and Disciplinary Commission found Bobby guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to comply with court discovery orders in his own divorce case
• Failed to turn over his income tax returns as ordered by the court
• Made false statements to the court and opposing counsel about existence of his tax returns
• Engaged in the illegal practice of law while license suspended for failing to pay annual registration fee (deadbeat)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his license.

As we speak (ca. September 2020), Bobby practices with Kent Gray Attorney at Law Chartered in Springfield, Illinois.
