Attorney Daryl Pennington of Mt. Holly, NJ; slacker, loser

The state of New Jersey presented Daryl Sarrell Pennington with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from Widener University School of Law.

FYI: Widener is ranked as the 170^th best law school in the country out of 200 ABA (American Bar Association) accredited law schools.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Daryl guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Engaged in gross neglect of client matters
• Failed to communicate with clients
• Engaged in a pattern of neglect

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Daryl by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.
