Attorney Michael Roberts II of Jacksonville, FL; convicted wife beater

The state of Florida presented Michael Keith Roberts II with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from Howard University School of Law.

The State Bar of Florida found Mikey guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Charged with domestic violence/battery against his wife
  • Pled guilty to simple battery
  • Violated or Attempt to Violate the Rules of Professional Conduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Mikey by gifting him with a complimentary 45-day suspension of his law license and assessed investigative costs of $3,903.67.

As we speak (ca. June 2020) Mikey practices with Nooney and Roberts at 1680 Emerson Street in Jacksonville, Florida.
