Solicitor Patrick Enright  of Dublin, Ireland; ethical ogre

The Law Society of Ireland presented Patrick G. Enright with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from Queen’s University School of Law.

The Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal found Patty guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to protect his client’s interest in a timely manner or at all
  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Patty!)
  • Failed to communicate with his clients
  • Failed to progress proceedings on behalf of a minor client although instructed to do so
  • Failed to attend several Registrar’s Committee meetings, despite being requested to do so (Screw you, said Patty!)
  • Failed to turn over client file to client despite being ordered to do so

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal punished Patty by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. June 2020), Patrick practices with Lees Solicitors at 45 Church Street in Listowel, County, Kerry, Ireland.
